Growing up in a real estate family, I developed a love for real estate from a young age. Geoca Homes Realty was started, by my parents, in 1977. I first earned my real estate license at the age of 18. I received my degree in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University and received a Master’s degree from Pace University in Business Administration with a specialty in Finance. While working in the corporate world for 17 years, I was awarded several patents relating to the fields of navigation, guidance and control as well as connection technologies. I returned to full time real estate in 2007, when I started building homes. In 2010, I earned my broker’s license and have been the managing broker for Geoca Homes Realty for the last 16 years. As a home builder who worked in the trades during college, I have a true understanding of homes and how they are constructed. I have built over 100 custom homes, as well as rehabbed historic homes. During our 49-year history, we have successfully served clients throughout the Rochester area and the Finger Lakes Region.

With the heart of an educator and the drive of an entrepreneur, Tara Morgan entered the real estate profession subsequent to her many years as a high school English teacher and as an adjunct professor of writing/research methodologies.
