Eric Geoca

Growing up in a real estate family, I developed a love for real estate from a young age. Geoca Homes Realty was started, by my parents, in 1977. I first earned my real estate license at the age of 18. I received my degree in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University and received a Master’s degree from Pace University in Business Administration with a specialty in Finance. While working in the corporate world for 17 years, I was awarded several patents relating to the fields of navigation, guidance and control as well as connection technologies. I returned to full time real estate in 2007, when I started building homes. In 2010, I earned my broker’s license and have been the managing broker for Geoca Homes Realty for the last 16 years.

As a home builder who worked in the trades during college, I have a true understanding of homes and how they are constructed. I have built over 100 custom homes, as well as rehabbed historic homes. During our 49-year history, we have successfully served clients throughout the Rochester area and the Finger Lakes Region.
